The ADR Solve service

ADR Solve is ADR Center's international online mediation service designed to help companies, professionals, and individuals resolve legal disputes quickly, confidentially, and cost-effectively, avoiding lengthy legal proceedings.

In this complete guide you will discover how mediation works , when it is best to use it , which disputes can be managed through ADR Solve , what the costs of the service are and how to book a free consultation with a professional Case Manager

What is mediation and why is it worth it?

Mediation is an extrajudicial dispute resolution procedure based on dialogue facilitated by an impartial professional mediator.

Unlike a lawsuit:

  • it's much faster
  • it has significantly lower costs
  • enables flexible solutions
  • fully protects the confidentiality of the parties
  • encourages collaboration rather than conflict

It is particularly suitable for companies and professionals who wish to resolve a dispute without tying up financial and operational resources in complex legal proceedings.

How ADR Solve Works – The Step-by-Step Process

The ADR Solve service is designed to be fast, simple and completely digital.

  1. Fill out the online request form
Enter essential information about your dispute, the type of problem, and the parties involved.

  2. Book a free consultation
An ADR Center Case Manager will contact you for a free 30-minute call in your preferred language.
    During the call:
    - analyze your situation
    - check whether the dispute is suitable for mediation
-receive clear explanations on times and costs

  3. If you wish, you can transform the free call into a real mediation
    If you choose to proceed:
    - start the request for the First Online Mediation Session
    - ADR Center formally invites the other party involved

  4. Acceptance of the counterparty
    If the other party accepts:
    - an accredited professional mediator is appointed
    - the online session is organized

    If you do not accept:
    - the procedure is interrupted
    - you do not have to pay any additional costs beyond the initial fee

  5. First Online Mediation Session
It takes place via video conference and lasts up to 2 hours.
    The mediator:
    - listen to the parts
    - promotes dialogue
    - can use separate rooms (breakout rooms)
    - explore mutually beneficial agreement possibilities
    - and everything happens under the strictest confidentiality.
