How it works

ADR Solve is a global service developed by ADR Center to make the start of a mediation process easier, faster, and accessible from anywhere in the world and in any language.

It provides individuals, companies, and legal professionals with a structured and professional way to resolve legal disputes without resorting to court proceedings.

The process begins when a party submits an online request form, providing basic information about the dispute and the parties involved. Based on this information, ADR Center schedules a 30-minute consultation call—free of charge and without any obligation—with one of its expert case managers. This conversation is conducted in the language selected by the user and serves to assess whether the case is appropriate for mediation.

If the case is deemed suitable and the party wishes to proceed, they may formally file a request for the First Online Mediation Session. Upon receipt of this request and a €100 administrative fee, ADR Center contacts the other party to invite them to participate in the process. If the other party declines, there are no further costs or obligations.

If both parties agree to mediate, ADR Center appoints a professional, accredited mediator in accordance with its International Mediation Rules. The mediator then conducts an online session—lasting up to two hours—during which both parties have the opportunity to present their perspectives, explore possible solutions, and work toward a mutually satisfactory agreement. The session is held in a secure online environment and is strictly confidential. The mediator may also meet with each party privately in virtual breakout rooms, if appropriate.

Following the initial session, the parties may choose to continue the mediation with additional sessions or discontinue the process and pursue alternative legal remedies. In either case, the mediation process remains entirely voluntary and non-binding unless a written agreement is reached.

ADR Solve is particularly effective for civil, commercial, and family disputes of any value. Legal representatives may accompany the parties or act on their behalf throughout the process.

This service is designed to offer a practical, multilingual, and cost-effective solution to resolving disputes across borders, reducing both the time and expense typically associated with litigation.
